1)  DEFINITIONS  Hereinafter, the following definitions apply.

• "The Site" means this site and any files or links associated with it, including, but not limited to, the viewable pages and the links to other sites or resources.
• "You" means you, an individual person or a legal entity acting in agreement and compliance with this License.
• "Article" means any writing that You submit to the Site for publication.
• "Publishers" means web sites, ezines, print publications, and other media that may acquire the Article from the Site.

2)  OWNERSHIP OF ARTICLE  You assert that you own the copyrights for the Article or you are a lawful agent of the copyright holder empowered to submit the Article for publication.

3)  PUBLICATION RIGHTS  You grant permission and rights to the Site to publish the Article in any medium the Site uses, including web pages, RSS feeds, and email.

4)  ACCEPTANCE  The Site may accept the Article for publication or reject it for any cause.

5)  PRESENTATION  The Site may present the Article in any web design it chooses.  The Site may place advertising in the design.  The Site may categorize the Article.

12)  INCORPORATED AGREEMENT  The terms of use for all users of the Site is part of this agreement and incorporated here by reference.

13)  COMPLETE AGREEMENT  This agreement is the complete agreement between the Owner and You.  This agreement supersedes any other communications or agreements, oral or written, related to the Site or the matters of this agreement.  If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, that part shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and no other part shall lose any force.

14)  TERMINATION  You may terminate this agreement by written notice to the Owner to remove your Article.  The Owner may terminate this License without notification for any cause.  On termination, the Owner retains all rights under provisions herein that grant protections and remedies.

15)  MODIFICATIONS  The Owner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice other than the publishing of the modifications on the Site.
